How will we get circle in maps like this,

you can plot points using Latitude & Longitude.

It will give you bubbles like this.

Then you can change bubble size by adding a measure and try to give custom color

actually,radius should be available based in qlik ...i mean qlik on any where on map and get radius

I think thats not possible in the Qlik Sense Standard.
