i read this article, but i don't understand this: 'Run the Qlik PostgreSQL Installer as an administrator '.
I haven't this program in the VM where i have qliksense so i think i need to download it first.
So: where can i download Qlik PostgreSQL installer?

But QPI (qlik postgres installer) is not a program to install before upgrade qlik sense?
