vizlib objects error

Hi,

From time to time, when a user opens an app in prodaction with vizlib objects, it shows the message “invalid visualization” with red lines on all items . A simple refresh solves the problem.

This applies to all users with all browsers. What could be the problem and how can it be fixed?

Hi @olga3 , you should analyze this issue with VizLib support. Meanwhile you can inspect browser developer tool for understading if you see any error from Qlik Sense
