Qlik NPrinting Multi Sheet Excel Report

To accomplish this, you will need to utilize two features:

• Qlik NPrinting User filters
• Qlik NPrinting Designer Page feature

Qlik NPrinting User filters (with "Country" dimension example. You may use any dimension which you prefer of course):

1. Create a three country filter for user A using Germany, France, Spain: 
2. Add this 3 country filter to user A to in the NP web console Admin>Users>User filters
3. Create a single country filter for user B using Italy
4. Add this single country filter to user B in the NP web console Admin>Users>User filters
   See Configuring report distribution.
   and Examples of filtering results.
   
   

NPrinting Designer Page feature:

1. Open the NP designer
2. Add the 'Country' dimension to the 'Page' component
   See Adding a table column by column.

Finally:

• Add user A and user B to your NPrinting distribution Publish Task 
  See Creating publish tasks.

This results in:

• User A receiving an xlsx that contains 3 sheets: one sheet per country ie: Germany, France, Spain
• User B receiving an xlsx that contains 1 sheets: one sheet ie: Italy
