What information to provide when troubleshooting missing data?

Answer:

Review the relevant troubleshooting articles regarding the Missing Data and provide the following information:

  1. Replicate version and platform.
  2. Source and Target databases including versions.
  3. Installed Clients and versions.
  4. Export the Task(s).
  5. Metadata of the problematic tables from the Source and Target.
  6. The apply_exceptions table.
  7. Sample of the missing data from the SOURCE, and Change Tables.
  8. Existing log files.
  9. If the problem is reproducible:
  • For CDC add: Verbose logging level for SOURCE_CAPTURE, TARGET_APPLY, SORTER.
  • For Full Load problem add: Verbose logging level for SOURCE_UNLOAD, TARGET_LOAD.
