2 Factor Authentication - Qlik

Good afternoon, I enabled 2-factor authentication on my account,
and right now reading the qrcode with various authentication apps,
but I can't authenticate, it is stopped on the code screen and does not go forward.

Anyone has any idea what this problem might be.
