API query for validating section access of a published application.

Current Limitation: Currently, there is no native way via API (QRS or Engine API) to audit Section Access rules for a published application. If we need to validate what a specific email/user can see (data reduction), the process is entirely manual, requiring us to duplicate the app or inspect the original load script.
Proposed Feature: An API endpoint or method where we can pass the AppID and the User ID/Email, returning:
The user's access level (ADMIN/USER/ACCESS).
The specific data reduction values (row-level filters) applied to that profile in that app.

Governance & Compliance: Automated security audits (such as GDPR/LGPD) to ensure sensitive data is fully protected.
Faster Support: Instant validation of permissions when a user reports missing data, eliminating manual intervention from the BI team.
Monitoring Dashboards: Ability to build a centralized governance dashboard to map "who sees what" across the Production environment.
