can someone help me finding out, how i make sure that a user is only able to open (dedicated) apps, but is not allowed to create apps or create spaces ?
In order to limit the users from creating the apps or spaces, you need to allocate an Analyzer license and no admin roles allocated in the management console. Then you will need to assign the user with "Has restricted view" roles (in managed space) or "Can View" roles on shared space.
At this time it's not possible to limit the users from creating automatons. Currently, Qlik Application Automation is available to users with a professional or Analyzer user allocation. At this point, either on or off on the tenant and cannot be controlled on the user/access level.
As far as I know, it is on the roadmap. However, I do not have more details on it. Please feel free to discuss this on our Ideation page and mark it so that the product team can review and consider it during the enhancement.
