Administrator Licence

Hi team

I have been a new collaborator for a few months of Phloema Srl, an Italian Qlik partner; I have a problem because the license linked to the email bi@phloema.com is not of the Administrator type and therefore I cannot use it to develop and make demos to potential customers. I need an operational Phloema license to be able to develop apps without using customer licenses.
How can I resolve the situation?

Hi @Phloema1,

Can you please clarify if this is Qlik Sense SaaS or Qlik Sense client managed? If you are referring to a professional license which is needed to develop apps, then please have the RootAdmin or Tenant Admin assign you a professional license if there is one available.

If you need an additional license, please reach out to your account manager to arrange this.

Thanks for posting.

As @Seanog_Murphy  already mentioned we need more clarity on the product used here. If using Qlik Cloud you might need to have access to the customer tenant to be able to have the appropriate roles to create apps, manage connections,... and a professional license assigned.

If using Qlik Sense client-managed, then you could use Qlik Sense Desktop authenticated potentially to your partner tenant.

Could you also clarify what do you by "Administrator type"?

Sorry for the delay due to the Easter holidays..

I am not aware of the type of contract between Qlik and Phloema. I would like to understand which and how many licenses we have as Phloema Srl partners and how to activate them because at this moment we are not able to develop apps and show them to customers.

Please confirm which product you are using?
Has the product been licensed already? Or are you trying to apply the license?
Has the user been assigned a license?

The product is Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS NFR (0006351816369731),
I have a licence and a tenant (phloema.eu.qlikcloud.com) and attached you can see the situation of 'My Qlik'

Hi @Phloema1 

Unfortunately, I cannot see any attachments. If you are using SaaS then you will need to have the tenant admin assign a professional license to the user to allow them to create / develop apps. This can be done in the management console .
