App limit for a single stream in Sense?

Is there a limit (hard or soft) to the number of apps you can have in a single stream in Sense?

I do not think so..

I've never tried more than 30 apps in one stream, but I do not see any issues (except some potential difficulty managing it) with having unlimited number of apps published in one single stream.
