April 2019 Task Failure logs

Hi,

I upgraded our Multi Node site over the weekend to April 2019 (see below)and now I cannot download the script log in the QMC for failed task reloads?  Is this still available ?  If it is why would this grey out as below?

It is definitely still available, we are running April 2019 patch1 in multi-node environment (6 separate sites).

Did you have a look at the engine logs on the slave node mentioned?

I did not look at the logs.  I will do that today.  

I thought it might be the a change in the version as the successful tasks let you download the script log.  It is only the failed task that are an issue.
