Auth0 auth for QS Server and Qlik Cloud - 2 accounts for the same user

Hello,

I use Qlik Sense Entreprise and Qlik Sense Cloud.
Auth0 is used to authenticate he on premise server and the cloud.

When I log to the cloud, my account is retrieved as auth0|xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
When I log to the Qlik Sense server (to the appropriate Virtual Proxy) with this same user, my account is retrived as my email address.

So there is no match between the cloud and the on premise server and 2 accounts for the same user. it's a problem for the user licence.

Can somebody help me to use the same way for the 2 platforms?

Maybe something to change in the virtual proxy?
