Can an adminstrator get notification email when someone updates and publishes an App in Qlik Sense?

Hi,

    Can we configure qlik sense server so that an administer knows when someone updates and publishes an app to which he has publish apps?

Also can we give some users right to publish for some apps and not for other apps?
