Centralized logging is enabled on central node. Is it enough for a multi-node site?

I followed below two  articles to enable centralized logging.

At the bottom of the second article, it mentions that I have to run installation package again on RIM node. Is it true?
Is Central node enough?
Can I use command line to enable the centralized logging on RIM nodes?

You should enabled it on all Qlik nodes with using reader and writer passwords. Then make changes in governance apps. Instructions are available in script.
