Hi,
I am getting this error when I tried to access my app via my web application.
I installed the certificate on the web server.
Any ideas?

The issue of a certificate not being found for AppPool credentials could be related to several factors:
Incorrect certificate storage: The required certificates may be stored in the wrong certificate store. For example, CA (Certificate Authority) certificates might be imported into the Personal store instead of the Trusted Root Certificate Authorities store.
Access permissions: The service account running the AppPool may not have the necessary permissions to access the certificate and its private key. Ensure that the service account has full access to both the private key and the certificate store.
Certificate mismatch: The certificate file may not match the private key file. This can happen if the wrong cert/key file was provided initially.
Invalid or expired certificate: The certificate may be invalid, expired, or not properly signed by the correct authority.
