Custom option-Hourly trigger in Qlik Sense

Hi ,

I want to schedule a task to run daily morning 7 AM till 4 PM .

But i am not sure how to fill in details in custom option  "* * - * * * * *" and also Default: "0 0 0 0"

when i try to do "* * - 716 * * *"it didnt work 

Can anyone help.
