Bonjour,

Suite à différents ateliers réalisés avec les équipes techniques Qlik , nous ne parvenons toujours pas à faire fonctionner l'authentification AD FS.

Merci de votre aide.

Hello,
Following various workshops carried out with the Qlik technical teams, we still cannot get AD FS authentication to work. Thank you for your help. Cordially

Hello @faiza ,

Thanks for posting.

Are you using Qlik Sense client-managed of Qlik Cloud?

If this is the first time that you are trying to implement AD FS with Qlik product I would strongly suggest you to contact our Professional Services via you Qlik representative to ensure all is set up as per your requirements.

If using QLik Cloud have you check Using Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) as an IDP for Qlik Cloud - YouTube?

Notice Qlik Cloud uses OIDC supported on AD FS Windows 2016 and later and refresh tokens needs to be supported on AD FS, otherwise it won't work properly.

Cheers,

Albert
