I have an app in a managed space that i want to edit, but i can't find the option to duplicate it so i can make changes. I only can move it to another managed space, but you can't edit it there.
This is really driving me crazy. Both in the HUB or in the Console, i cant find the duplicatie option. Just some options to edit the name and schedule the reload.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
this is one of many big gaps in functionality. a tenant admin should be able to export a published app with data. a tenant admin should be able to make a duplicate of a published app, with data. - and put it in a shared space or a personal space.
we are using a similar workaround with automations to get copies of managed space published apps... however when you are doing this a lot, say to be able to export apps on a schedule to your QAP system --- it glitches fairly often because there are too many moving parts and things can go wrong when you have to fully change details of the published app just to get to it for export to another system, like a qlik as a platform system. apps land in personal spaces, apps have reload schedules disabled with error: Inactive (App space changed)
when nearly every tenant admin on earth would probably say, they should have the ability to export published item with data, should be able to duplicate same with data.
