How to provide Authorization access for a field based on sub String characters

I have setup Authorization xlsx file that provides the users security access.

The parameters are based on the field names.

ACCESS

USER.EMAIL

COMPANY_CODE

MATERIAL

The material access is based on substring. e.g. for below Product codes, I want to give User A access to 

*NUM* materials only.

How do I update the Authorzation.xlsx for Material column so that User A has access to "NUM" materials only.
