Max memory usage doesn't work

Dear,

after we installed patches for May-2021, we found the max memory usage of Qlik Sense doesn't work, and it caused system memory used 100%.

Could you please kindly help for this problem?

Attached files are engine log and my configuration in Qlik Sense.
