Message from Web Page when refreshing Licence Details in QMC

Hi Guys,

a client of ours is trying to update their QV server licence details and is getting the following error:

Is suspect that it's a browser issue rather than Qlikview, I have advised them to clear the browser cache and try again, has any got any other suggestions, just in case?
