Missing data handling in Map Qlik Sense June 2018 version

Kindly help the below issue

Recently Qlik Sense upgraded from sep 2017 to June 2018., We noticed the map totally disappointed in our dashboards.

Also, we couldn't suppress zero or null after replaced new map.

Please help ASAP.
