Need Assistance configuring LDAPS for application access in Qlik Sense

Can you give some more context here?
You can set up an LDAP filter to retrieve the users in the directory, however you will need to create security rules if you want to allow them to only see certain applications etc.

Hey Seanog,

I have discovered more specifically the root of the issue; I have a user that goes to the Qlik Sense Hub, but she receives this message: 

"Your account is inactive. Contact your administrator to activate it."

When I search for her in the QMC under Users, I do not see an account for her.

Hi @achurney90,

Please see the following article which explains how to test your filter using an LDAP admin tool.
If the user is returned in the results using the admin tool, then they should be sync'd with Qlik Sense after you sync the UDC from the QMC.
