One mashup two nodes

I have a mashup and two nodes,one central and on for usa.

do i need to use two mashups? since each server (node) has its own url?

Your both nodes have the proxy installed?

If yes you probably have 2 IP address to access to Qlik Sense and if you have configured an HA probably you also have an external load balancer. In that case your mashup can point to the load balancer.
