Hi everyone, in Qlik Cloud capacity-based model, the service account owner is notified via email approaching a capacity limit (at 90%, 95%, and 100% of the limit). Is it possible to automatically send the same email to other recipients? Additionally, is it possible to customize the alert thresholds?

What you cannot do is not mentioned. If the feature does not exist which you need, please consider writing a 'feature request' here
Otherwise you may be able to workaround this by:
1. enable the capacity monitoring app
2. setting alerts based on the monitoring app
2. Distributing emails to recipients as needed based on those alerts.
If you need help designing a specific solution, your Qlik Account manager can arrange a custom design engagement with Qlik Professional services.

@MartijnWanders that's correct, it isn't automatically deployed via that button. You can use an automation template to deploy the app on a schedule: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Automate-deployment-of-the-Capacity-consumpt...

you can use any automation tool (UI Path or Power Automate) for it, which will read your mail and forward it to other users.

I know this app and you can download this from the management section. But what I don't see is an data refresh ability. The data in the app seem to be static.
Or do I miss something?

It is a static app not meant to be reloaded.
Redistribute the app to obtain the most recent data. Apps stored on your tenant exist as separate instances and are not replaced by newer ones.
