In our production environment, users see this message as the screenshot below shows after 10 minuted of inactivity. It seems to have bypassed our session timeout parameter which is set to be around 30 minutes, which is very strange. Meanwhile, our dev and stage environments do not have the same problem, they log out users after 30 minutes of inactivity and displays a different message than this.
I've checked through similar threads on this forum, but I do not find them helpful since the accepted answers seem to deal with Qlik Hub Access. Our issue has nothing to do with the Hub, it is not a local environment from localhost, the error occurs in production with real users.
Can anyone help or give some insights into what the underlying issue is, and how we could debug and fix it? Thanks.
