Qlik Datatransfer unable to connect

How could resolve this?

This happend when I push load an app in Apps section.

Show the message: Backend.Error.-1.undefined

And in log this:

The error  "loading failed: Backend.Error.DTA_UPLOADFAILED.400" will be output when there are no files in the configured folder.

Having said that,  selecting a network drive folder is supported, but not a mapped drive folder. However please verify if these folders having share access, if not right click folder properties > Share and provide access to user? Please refer to below article:
