Qlik Error

Dear All,

I recently installed Qlik Sense November (I previously had the 3.2 version) and for some reason when I try to open an existing app it pops out the following error message : ""requested protocol method does not exist".

Can someone help me?

Dear Filipe,

   Just try to run Windows Update and perform a clean restart.

   You must to wait until all services be started in order to access. (a few minutes).

I just tried to unnistal and install it again and somwhow it worked.
