Qlik SAAS - Event Data files uploaded & Audit API

Hello Community,

I hope you're well. I'm looking for get information about the data uploaded manually (or via Qlik Data Transfer) to Qlik Cloud Tenant(mainly file qvd, xlsx, csv or any file esle). I found many events that happened in the Qlik Cloud is traced in audit panel (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Admin/mc-administer-even...). I would like to know if it exists any events in audit API (https://qlik.dev/apis/rest/audits/#get-v1-audits-sources) to get the date of uploaded and an history of each upload on the file.

If not, is there any ways else to get logs or trace about the file uploaded to Qlik Cloud Platform please ?
