Qlik Sense Hub Delay November 2019 Report cachebust

Hi,

We have a delay problem on our Qlik site. We have November 2019 Patch 2 and when we open the hub it's very slow to respond.

When we see the network console, we see the 'cachebust' from Report is responsible (see the image). It took almost one minute to open the hub and this is from every time. This happens in the consume node.

When we open the central node, we have no problem with this 'cachebust' from 'report'. In seconds you open the hub.

We saw that Report 'cachebust' are linked to nprinting distribution and it's where you can download the documents.

Is there any configuration to resolve this problem?
