Qlik Sense Install failed - Postgres

Hi I have followed the instructions provided in previous blog. But still have the same error with postgre.

Installed the Microsoft Visual C++ package (the post points to 2012 version; think I installed the most recent version

* Deleted %ProgramData%\Qlik directory

* Deleted %ProgramData%\PackageCache directory
