Hi People,
A user with a professional license, keep getting the login window without any error message.
It keeps happening from different computers as well.
In the QMC, I see that the license was used a week ago.
I deallocated it, and ReInstate, but it didn't help.
Any ideas?

The user deleted previous sessions from the browser and the issue was resolved..
