Qlik Sense security rule to enable Data Manager

We need a security rule to enable users to view Data Manager.

We found the below rules on Qlik community (https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Security-Rule-Example-Allow-access-to-Data-Load-Editor-... and these opened up the Data Model and Load Editor. But what we are looking for a is a rule to view the Data Manager.
