Qlik Upgrade

Hi Guys !!!

I am currently working in a company and I am currently using qlik sense feb 2020 patch 6 and I Want to upgrade to latest version . How to update step by step because I dont know technically how to do it in qlik sense cloud .

Kindly Guide me

Hi,

Ill recommend you to upgrade from 2020 to 2021 gradually to 2023.

NOTE:

• Postgres database service has to be upgraded you can upgrade via the Postgres upgrade tool to directly 14 version
• make sure you take a backup at every instance at every upgrade, if you don't it will be a very big activity for you.
