Hello Experts,
We currently have QlikSense server on a standalone 2016 Operating System Physical Server, setup a few years ago. We are planning to add one additional node to this server to form a cluster. 2016 servers are not being issued currently in my company. Can I setup the RIM node using 2019 Windows Server? will this type of configuration work?
Thank you for the help.
@ilyas393 Good morning. Having multi-node Qlik Sense environment on different OS versions is not recommended by Qlik and our best practices. However, there is no requirement that the server nodes OS versions need to match. See the following KB article for your reference: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000084824
Yes, you can run different OS versions on different QS servers.
