Qliksense Hub Access - Mobile Device on Secure Network

Hi,

We are using MobileIron and Web@Work to allow personal mobile devices to connect to our secure network.

Once an ios device is connected and they try to connect to https://OurQliksenseServer.here.uk/hub/my/work

it seems to redirect to https://OurQliksenseServer.here.uk:4244/form/?targetid=blah_blah_blah..... and then times out

Does anyone have any experience of this or a solution ????

You're using the Windows authentication. Since the iOS mobile devices do not belong to the organization's AD/LDAP, you can't rely on it. You should use a custom authentication with a dedicated virtual proxy for mobile. For further details have a look here:
