Qliksense Nov 2021 Upgrade - Upgrade Repository running for forever

Hi ,

I am running Nov 2021 Upgrade on May 2021 version and Upgrade Repository process running for forever. It just hanged on Upgrade Repository process.

I am not sure how to stop this upgrade or whats making it running for ever. On checking the error logs its not moving forward after :

Yes , I do created the ticket and got a support too. 

Would like to conclude the issue and its solution:

1) Monitor the Installer in case if its not consuming memory seems its hanged and not able to communicate.

2) Installer was on shared drive so could be probable reason that there could be network issue.

3) Opted Help Us Improve option while re-running the installer.

 

Using above thought process this issue got resolved.
