Qliksense - Problem with Upgrade/Uninstall

I get the above error message when I try to upgrade my current version of Qliksense, 1.1.0.0. I also get the same error message when I try to uninstall Qliksense. I have 20 GB of free disk space so the disk is not full and I can install/uninstall other software.

I would appreciate advice on how to proceed.

Have a look for any kind of error in the time range you've attempted the uninstall. I expect to have some info there if the problem coming from OS
