In the above example, can anyone please tell me how is "Create new scheduled trigger" different to the other triggers listed above before it?

What kind of options does this trigger provide that the others above do not?

Hello John,

The "hourly", "daily", and so on triggers are merely shortcuts for quickly creating scheduled triggers with particular configurations so there is no real difference.
