Restrict App access in QMC

Hi,

The scenario i am facing is that users when logging into QMC should see only the apps that they are owner of ..

If there are 10 apps in total.. User A is owner of 2 of them.. Then User A in QMC should be able to see only those 2 apps in App sections 

Please let me know what should be the security rule for this?
