Restrict concurrent user access in Qlik Sense

Hi all,

I am trying to restrict concurrent user access in Qlik Sense. I have enabled the 'Extended Security Environment' option in the Advanced section under Virtual proxy and I am still able to access the hub from different browsers and devices. I was advised to use security rule to implement this restriction. Has anyone done this before and share how this can be done?

I am using April 2018 release of Qlik Sense.
