Rim Node not displaying in operations dashboard

Hi Experts,

We are facing one strange issue in our Operations monitor dashboard. Recently we have upgraded OS and we have setup QLiksense 2023 August.

We have 1 central node and 1 RIM node.But in our operations dashbaord we could see only central node.why rim node is not showing up?we want to check ram size,engine cpu everything for rim node but not able to see any data.

@kumarbala Have you confirmed that your monitoring apps have been configured for a mult-node enviornment?

yes .in all environments it is workign fine..but only in qa environment we are having this issue.

it is working fine...just updated the data connections
