SSO With azureAD

i have a qliksense server installed on windows server.

my architecture is that i don't have a local AD , i use only AzureAD as my active Directory

i want to perform an SSO from my qliksense server to azureAD, i added the virtual proxy and uploaded the xml files to both sides.

when trying to test the connection i get an error 400 Bad request.

please advise this can be done
