I have created an app/(dashboard) containing 7 sheets and it has been published. But the issue is sometimes I notice the code/ expressions has been changed by someone and it returns incorrect values. So what I want is, lock my published dashboard and with out a password no one can not change/ duplicate/ edit the dashboard. Or is there any alternative way to protect my dashboard?
Note: Currently I developed this dashboard under the admin account. So any person who has the admin credentials, can do changes to the dashboard. So, This there way to find who has done changes for the dashboard?

If yes, you can audit the right access to the app with the QMC's dedicates section. You'll see all users with CRUD access. Moreover, if apps can be edited in Streams, then there was an issue in your Security Rules.
If multiple people are using the same login credentials there's nothing you can do, since those people seem to be one and the same to the system. You could possibly find out when changes were made. And you can of course find out what user did it in the eyes of the system, but if that user can be multiple persons you are out of luck. (Needless to say, everyone should have their own account. I'm guessing it's a violation of terms to share an account between multiple people.)
