Security Rights in QMC/QlikSense

Hello All,

I am going through the QMC of QLiksense and finding it really dificult to understand the use of :

Create, Update, Delete, Publish, Change Owner Rights given under security tab. For your reference, i have attached the snapshot. Can anyone help em in this?
