Security Rules for a stream

Hi;

I have a stream, inside, there are three published applications.
I have two user groups:
both read the stream but a group can also export sheet data.

I knew how to implement the security rule for reading the stream but I didn't have to do the one for exporting data. 

Your help would be appreciated as I'm stuck.
