Currently, I'm giving content admin access to my developers in our dev box. In an effort to lock things down, I'd like to give my developers access to the app content but only for apps that they are responsible for. Is there a way to limit a developer's view in the app section to only see their apps?
Each development team has their own AD group that they belong to, which is how I manage access to data connections in the apps. Can I do something similar in the QMC using a security rule or custom properties?
Content admin or other admin roles are default they might not fit in your use case. you may create set of security rules for stream, apps and content, say one for developers and one set for client and use actions to define who can see what and do what.
