Tenant Admin cannot delete datasets for unknown / deleted user

Hi Experts!

As I understood in this article (Tenant Admin cannot delete datasets for unknown / ... - Qlik Community - 1906888) it is not possible for the Tenant Admin to delete a dataset in the personal space of another user. The only option is to use the CLI as a workaround. 

Is this the only option? I have not used CLI before so I have to set up it first.

you can also use automations to delete datasets. 
They are easier to use than the CLI.

Thanks for advice but not in my case. I have this new type of license where automations are not allowed (can't have any).
