Trying to Classify/tag sensitive data in our Client managed Qlik Sense enterprise version

Hello,

I am trying to classify/tag data in our Client-managed Qlik Sense enterprise version. I even created tags for some of the fields in Data load editor while loading the data. But it seems there's no way to see the metadata in our version of Qlik. I know this feature is available in Qlik Cloud but is there any way I can tag the sensitive data in Qlik sense enterprise?

DERIVE could be the potential way to tag/classify data but I haven't used it other than classifying date fields
