Two virtual proxies. Client authentication issue

Hello everybody,

Currently, in Qlik Sense we have 2 proxy servers:

1. without prefix: https://qliksense.abc.lt

2. with prefix: https://qliksense.abc.lt/default

It doesn't matter which page I  access https://qliksense.abc.lt or https://qliksense.abc.lt/default. Whenever I try clicking ... > Client authentication. It always throughs me to the "default" page.

What am I missing? Do you need any additional information regarding this question?

I need to have two ways of accessing the Qlik Sense via mobile devices - one for iOs and the other for Android.

For iOs users I have a workaround while sending the Generated Client Authentication link from QMC. But for Android it doesn't work that way.

Thanks for posting.

Hence, your challenge is with the users using iOS and Android, hence the users using a mobile device, is that right?

Is that when using the browser inside the mobile devices only?

I notice the post is a bit older and I was wondering if you could have resolved it or we might still help you here.
